Gaslight District Condos Overview

Gaslight District is a new residential development in Cambridge, Ontario, that offers modern and stylish condos. The Phase 2 tower, known as Tower F, features 196 units, including 80 one-bedroom and 116 two-bedroom apartments. One-bedroom condos have an average size of 698 sq.ft, while two-bedroom condos are 1,219 sq.ft.

 

The 20-storey Tower F comprises five levels of above-ground parking and 15 levels of residential units. Residents can access the lobby on Level 2, with a staircase and elevator connecting to Level 1, where surface parking and a public square are available.

 

Amenities in Tower F are situated on Level 6 and are shared with Phase 1 (Tower G). Tower G also features commercial and artist studio spaces, adding to the vibrant community atmosphere.

 

Gaslight District’s address is 15 Glebe Street, Cambridge, Ontario, and it is already occupied. The deposit structure requires $5,000 upon signing the agreement of purchase and sale, and 5% of the purchase price is due within 30 days.

 

Condo fees are estimated at $0.35 per square foot per month for residential suites and $25 per month per parking stall. These fees cover various services, including heating for the suite, building management, security, and maintenance.

 

The condos come with stainless-steel appliances, a washer and dryer, and one parking stall per unit. The property taxes will be assessed later, but an estimate is around 1.2% of the base purchase price.

 

HST is included in the purchase price for owner-occupied suites, while non-owner occupied suites require buyers to pay the HST rebate amount to the builder upon completion.
